Bank REO in Edmonds

Today my client closed on the purchase of a bank owned house in Edmonds.  This is the ugliest house in a nice neighborhood.  This house will be completely transformed: the roof torn off, a second story added, the interior remodeled, the landscaping spruced up, and a carport added.  We’ll hope to resell by the end of August.
